We told you a year ago, Ikadub has no time to waste. Only a year after the release of their first album “No Time to Waste”, the trio continues with a new EP titled “Right Direction”. This project is the result of an overflowing activity in the studio of BAT Records, where studio sessions have been linked for several years now.

Unlike other protagonists of BAT Records, Ikadub has chosen to offer hybrid music. We find the “digitroots” side very present in the previous album. The codes of roots, rub a dub or stepper roots are perfectly identifiable and subtly mixed with digital sounds to achieve a dub that is both light and dancing.

An EP of only 7 titles, but which has seen many collaborations enrich Ikadub’s discography. It allows to install the group as a project in its own right and a project to follow for the years to come. It seems that this time, Ikadub is in the right direction!
